Nextrova Terms of Service

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nextrova (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nextrova. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

02Service Description & AI Nature

Nextrova provides AI-powered career intelligence toolsets, including CV analysis, ATS simulation, and job matching insights.

Important Disclaimer

Our ATS simulation and match scores are generated using advanced Artificial Intelligence models. They are intended for educational and optimization purposes only. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes. Every Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used by employers operates differently; our "simulation" is a heuristic approximation and may not reflect the specific behavior of any proprietary corporate software.

03Subscriptions & Billing

We offer three primary tiers of service:

Starter (Free)Limited to 3 analyses per month. Features are subject to change based on available resources.
ProUnlimited analyses, exports, and history.
EliteAdvanced AI benchmarking and career paths.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; however, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where explicitly required by law.

04Usage Limits & Fair Use

To ensure system stability, we enforce fair use limits even on "Unlimited" plans. Automated scraping, bulk uploads via bots, or any attempt to reverse-engineer our AI logic is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with these terms.

05Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse system resources, or attempt to bypass usage limits. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings.

06Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTROVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR INABILITY TO SECURE EMPLOYMENT, ANY INACCURACIES IN AI-GENERATED FEEDBACK, OR ANY DATA LOSS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Nextrova is operated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
