How the score works

Part measured, part judged. We check each requirement from the posting against the text of your CV, then combine that coverage with an AI assessment of how well your experience fits. Because the measured part is anchored to your text, re-running the same CV gives consistent results.

What we do with your CV

We use it to produce your analysis and keep it so you can come back to your reports. It is never used to train AI models. Delete a report, or your whole account, whenever you like. Guest analyses are deleted after 30 days.

What we don’t claim

No tool can promise interviews, and every company configures its ATS differently. What we can do is make sure your CV clearly shows what the posting asks for, in a format software can read.
