What counts as an analysis?
One CV checked against one job posting. Opening a report again, downloading its documents or writing its cover letter doesn’t use another analysis.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and it won’t renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Paid periods aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
What happens to my CV?
It’s stored so you can come back to your reports, and only used to produce your analyses. It’s never used to train AI models. Delete any report, or your whole account, at any time.
Which job sites can I paste links from?
LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Greenhouse, Lever and most company career pages. Indeed and Glassdoor block automated access, so paste the description text for those.
